Looks SO GOOD! So what temp? And approx time? And how do know when they are done??Oh yeah! I don't bother with the butter, sugar, & sauce anymore. Just a dry rub and we're good. Makes it less messy and the leftovers are fantastic days later. I do spritz with apple juice every 30-45 minutes though.
