No, Dunder Mifflin was a fictional offices supplies vendor who purchased office supplies from manufacturers and distributed them to individual offices or small to medium sized printers. We called them paper merchants. They sold paper a few rolls or a few cartons at a time with a truckload order being considered a large order.

I retired from the largest paper company in the world with over $21 billion dollars in sales in 2022. Some of my larger customers used a truckload or more of paper per day. Some even purchased paper by the rail car load.
That’s a lot of dang paper.
