Tip for removing your brisket or pork butt in one piece

Träeger makes a super duty spatula designed to lift big cuts and whole birds. It is supper stiff and will not bend at all, I have lifted 17 lb briskets and 25 lb turkeys with relative ease. It also has a knife blade grind on the spatulas tip that helps it slide under meat that is stuck to the grate. Here is what it looks like. As you can see I use it on my Egg as well. Really handy piece of gear. I highly recommend one, however, like anything made by Traeger or BGE for that matter, it costs more than it probably should.
