Timer

I cannot set my timer on my cell phone app to 3 hours for smoking. The minutes work fine, but the hours are not, they roll with 0's and then go to 21 and then to 2. Any suggestions? I have uninstalled the app several times and reloaded it to avail. Thanks.

Have you tried shutting the phone completely off and turned it back on?
