The other day I had a pound of bacon on the grill set to 350˚ and as it cooked to what I thought was proper I removed the pieces. Then when they were all cooked I cleaned the grate to prepare for a pork chop. I set the grill to 400˚; the next thing I knew, I was at 236˚. Finally, I had to do a shutdown and restart for it to work correctly. What in the world caused this to happen?
