I have the thermapen 1 it was spendy but it comes with a certificate of calibration . instant read happens within 1 second. It comes with instructions to set up at certifiable Ice bath to re-calibrate as often as you like. Its worth every penny of the price. Im sorry you were asking about the wireless probes. Next time I promise to read the comments and the questions thoroughly
