Temp fluctuations

Hey fam I have an older p55 I have rebuilt all the components and upgraded to digital control panel but I'm having some issues with temp I have it on 220 and so far after a 10 minute warm up on smoke setting then increased to 220 and it goes from 245 to 165 any reason why....this is btw the first time I'm firing it up after rebuild

Double check all of the connections for the new controller. If that all still looks good, you might need a new RTD probe.
