Swineapple

My wife just showed me a video of a Swineapple. A whole pineapple cored, a marinated pork loin in the middle, the husk of the pineapple removed with a bacon weave over the top. Sound familiar? Anyone have experience? Sounds good to me!

That looks good to me also. I haven't tried one but it is on my list to do probably using ham pieces. i have been waiting for my local grocery store to have some decent pineapples.
