Bacon wrapped lil smokies, pig shots, cream cheese, Catalina corn dip, bacon wrapped chicky thighs stuffed with cheddar and pepperjack cheese, green bean casserole, corn bread casserole. And maybe either a chucky or tamahawk .
What’s in the corn dip? Cornhusker her, lol. Sounds like an awesome spread. Got new timberline yesterday, first cook was a tomahawk.

My menu for the game:

Finger foods:
- Sliced smoked hatch chili cheddar & crackers
- Smoked cream cheese with red pepper jelly, crackers to dip
- Musket loaders (a take-off of jalapeño poppers but better [hopefully, first try])

Vinegar brine smoked wings with my hopefully soon-to-be-famous barbalo sauce & homemade Parmesan-peppercorn ranch for dipping

A pitcher of blood orange margaritas for sipping

Dessert: 3 ingredient peanut butter cookies

Chocolate peanut butter no bakes

Second attempt at a brisket, turned out much better than the first one I tried. Gaining more confidence and experience. This was a 10lb, 25º-30º outside temp, overnight low and slow cook.

16lb brisket put in at 10pm, pulled at 2pm. Rested 4.5 hours in the cooler. Not my intentions but everyone was incredibly full after eating the pulled pork I made and my fathers baby back ribs and wings. Nice and juicy with an aggressive bark. Check out that smoke ring!

Smoked green bean casserole and smoked cornbread casserole.

How long do you smoke the deviled eggs?

Anything special you put on them?
I smoke hard boiled peeled and halved eggs on the smoke setting for 20-30 minutes. I will smoke a whole jalapeño for the garnish at the same time. I also use a smoke tube. Then I just use a standard deviled egg recipe. Top with jalapeño slices and bacon bits.
My wife turned up her nose when I first made them, but now she says they are the best she’s ever had!

Seriously, how did you get that smoke ring? Pellets, time/temp - asking for a friend
