SUPERBOWL SPREAD- What’s cooking this weekend?

I’m thawing some pork belly for burnt ends and some chicken wings. There’s so much more I’d love to make and more importantly eat. Photos on Sunday.

Wings. The plan is to do 225 on the Traeger and then 425 on the gasser to crisp the skin.

My current thinking is bearded butcher rubs - 1/3 of the wings Cajun, 1/3 hot and 1/3 zesty. They did a video with these and it sounded good.

I’ll have a few sauces on the side (traditional buffalo, etc).

2 pork butts - already injected with Kosmo Pork injection, season with SPG last night. Looking to season it with Kansas City Champ rub and put on smoker at 180% around 7pm today for overnight slow smoke. Hopefully be done by 1pm tomorrow) to give it enough time to reset for SB.

Also helped my neighbor make a brisket on green egg yesterday. The plan for the brisket is to rest it, vacuum seal after reset then either souv it tomorrow or put in oven to reheat it. Also first time trying wagyu beef tallon as well.

I’m doing a brisket low and slow. On last night at 10pm at 180°. Decided to also do some pulled pork. The butt went on at 5:30am today. I’ll be making a copy cat Hard Rock twisted Mac and cheese. Once everything is done it’ll be stuffed in coolers and brought to my fathers house where he’s making baby back ribs and chicken wings on his Traeger. Made the blue cheese dip for those bad boys last night too.
