Super smoke

Thanks all -- I'll grab one of those tubes for the wintery conditions!

I honestly couldn't tell the difference, I previously owned a pro elite 34 and now have the timberline 1300 and it doesn't seem to smoke as much as my old one even on super smoke.
I returned my Century 880 with no super smoke in for a Silverton 810 (Costco Traegers) it’s blowing smoke great!!! Been a dirty barrel ugly drum stick burner for 11yrs. Smoking Meat is gona put me in a early grave..But I got no problem with it die happy serving others Amen. Actually trying it out today first time on Dino ribs so still waiting for the taste test…

So how does the super smoke work in the grills that have them? I have the Century 885 and use a smoke tube if I want extra smoke. Works great.

My first Dino ribs were a success. Coworkers loved them!! Personal Life Goal Achieved!!
It was a long lesson to learn,
Went low 200 super smoke 5hrs.
Hit the stall at 165 meat temp.
Then turned it up to 275 no super smoke 5hrs.
My app woke me up At 10:23pm
meat temp 203
I pulled the bones out wrapped it in paper and just let it cool till morning in the microwave. (it was the closest thing to me)
Cut it in the morning. Perfect moisture, tug, bark, flavor.
Long cook.
gona start earlier next time :/ I try to prep the day before the cook.
I’m lucky to learn something every day..,
Side Note: I use 2 tiny disposable aluminum water trays the whole time every time.
