I have been even cooking some seriously good tasting stuff with these rubs and combos of them...
I'm impressed actually...
Just regular chickie breasts on my Weber gas grill is totally different with Blackened, and coffee, and chicken rub on them ... sitting 45 minutes before cooking... I actually HAD BARK!!! If the wife is impressed then that's all need.
Now obviously for the BIG MEAT smokes there's other stuff to use for those.
Next is trying Traeger's Big Game Rub on my freezer full of deer meat I have yet to touch but will... (once I get my new Traeger sent to me)
