Rookie brisket

Next time put some of that home made mac n cheese in an iron skillet, put some cheddar on top and throw it in your Traeger for about 20-30 minutes until the cheese melts down in. The smoke flavor adds a great kick.

We planned to smoke it but ran low on time. We normally bake the Mac n Cheese for 30 minutes at 350 in the oven, how long should I have them in the Traeger at 250 to achieve the same thing?

The way I do mine it doesn't take long. I make it completely ready to eat inside, boil the pasta, melt the cheese etc. My son doesn't like the smoke flavor so I dip him some out then the rest goes into a skillet, as long as it takes for the cheese to melt and start to brown up it will get a smoke flavor.
