Replace fan in Gen 1 Timberline 850

Any thoughts on how to obtain a replacemement induction fan for a Gen 1 Timberline 850. The unit is out of warranty and Traeger service refuses to believe that the fan is not working properly?! I am not asking for a warranty replacement, I am asking to purchase a part! Are there other places I can turn to in order to purchase this part!!?

Is the fan stone dead? The Gen 1 is an AC unit so the fan is probably an AC induction type as well. My Gen2 uses a 3-wire PC type DC fan.

RemE, thanks for the kind reply. Yep, mine is a gen1 AC Induction fan. Not DC as in your Gen 2. Fan will not modulate on super smoke (225F and under) nor push hard enough to get over 300F. It eventually will trip the circuit it is on. Hot rod is ok, auger/motor is ok and unjammed. Sounds like the bearings in the fan are shot. You are dead on - that is exactly what the fan looks like - many thanks for the lead!
