Questions- first time with my Traeger

I do appreciate the messages WIFIRE sends to the app when probe temp targets are reached but learned you can’t rely on them because WIFIRE disconnects at random times and then reconnects later. It seems the WiFi unit in the controller is not very powerful. And I have a WiFi point of presence not 10 feet from my Traeger but it still disconnects randomly.

Mike, grats on the brisket! I haven't done one yet (I'm new to the Traeger as well.) My son's doing one on his Traeger this weekend (his first.)

Yes, the stall seems to hit around 150 and it can take hrs to clear, I wrap in PBP @ 165 and pull at 203 the in a towel and a colman or cambo fo 3 hrs... comes out great every time. 9 low and slow is the key)...
