Pro 780 grate upgrade

My grates finally arrived today (5 months after ordering them!). For the Pro 780 they are offering the 3 rack system or the 2 rack system, but for the Pro 575 they only offer the 2 rack one and that's what I got.

They are extremely well designed and made! They look like they are part of the Traeger rather than a hack. They increase the cooking area, but the real advantage is the slide out system.

This will significantly change my cooking routine, making it very easy to rotate the various meats to even out the effect of temperature gradients and also to easily place smoke tubes and temperature probes. Also, I don't think that food drips will be an issue if you have the front shelf.

The only issue is the cost. I think it is a fair price given the build quality but you have to decide that. It cost me more to get the FireBoard 2 system and the probes, but I have never regretted that. I think this will be similar in the value that it provides me.
