Pro 575 Half Update

TBH, no missing the extra 50 degrees. Just more concerned that my Pros failure to get the latest config ver 4.016 will cause issues with future updates. Doesn't seem like Traeger's update rollout process is very solid.

Brand new PRO 575. 2.00.01, config 4.015. Haven't seen that config anywhere else. The demo mode shows 500 degrees is available. I just built it so I haven't even moved it outside to season and don't know for sure what it can do.

That is one of the "undocumented" Config file versions not listed up on https://www.traegergrills.com/status

04.016 is the current Config data version for the 575, so like the 780 owner who is at 03.009 (one short of the latest 03.010), it doesn't surprise me that you may have the ability to go to 500 degrees ...

Bueller Bueller? Still waiting on update. Aside from that I cranked her up to 450 put a doctored up frozen pizza on my stone and had a satisfactory meal. Lol ???

Yes! Regardless of what update my Traegers are one. Always yields delicious smoked meals!
