Pellets in fire pot

Did the burn off on my Pro 575 and went through the shutdown like the manual says, so checked how much ash is in the fire pit and noticed there are unburned pellets in the fire pot is this normal?

Yes, there should be a small handful of pellets in the pot after shutdown. Those pellets aid in the next ignition cycle

Yeah, I always have pellets in there when I clean the grill.
