I have an Ironwood 650 that’s about 2 years old. Last time I used it I had to reset wifi and recalibrate the pellet sensor. Today it says Sensor Not Detected. The sensor light is on. I unplugged and replugged the wire harness but it still doesn’t detect it. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you.

The pellet sensor has two functions. there is a light to shine on the pellets in the hopper and a sensor that provides feedback on the level. It sounds like the sensor might not be working properly. You might try removing the sensor unit and cleaning the lens on the sensor to see if that helps. I am sure pellet dust builds up on the lens over time.
