Fairly new here. Having same issues Traeger support answers but is only as good as getting the call. Heard all the stupid trouble shooting questions. Did you put cold meat on the grill? Did you clean out etc. etc. The only thing good I can say about support is they do answer the phone and call back. I have replaced controller 3 times, temp probe and still get temp swings of 50-75 degrees, yesterday had to turn off wait back on because it wouldn't re-ignite. Then later in cook went to 600 degrees. I had a pit boss that worked great, have a beautiful big green egg, then updated to a pos treager. I really wanted to like for the simplicity over the egg. Any suggestions helpful. It is not the controller and is not the temp probe, know that for a fact!
