I recently upgraded from a Brinkmann Smoke N' Grill to a Traeger 575. I'm going to smoke a dry brined turkey for Thanksgiving. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
 
Welcome to the forum and congrats on the new Traeger! I haven't done a dry brined turkey, but I'll be doing two turkey breast "texas style" tomorrow:

I've never dry brined, but I think you'll be fine. I just rock out at 275ish the entire cook, which means setting my dial to around 295-300. I'll find my notes form last year. We fried one this year so it's not fresh on my mind.
