New controller/Auger issue

I upgraded my controller to the Pro series with the meat probes. Everything turns on but the auger will not turn. I took the auger out to make sure there was no jam, reassembled, checked the auger wire connection on the control panel and still the auger will not turn. Any advice?

If you put the old controller back in, does the auger work again? If so, maybe a faulty wiring connection on the board of the new controller itself.

Did you upgrade to a D2 controller from an older revision controller?
That may be the problem if you did
