Merry Christmas to everyone! I hope this day and the holiday season are shared with family and friends and filled with joy and happiness
I'm looking forward to everyone sharing their Christmas cooks, regardless of whether they are on a smoker or not. And let's see all the new toys and BBQ gadgets that were received for presents.

Merry Christmas and Best Wishes for a Happy and Prosperous New Year to one and all.

Christmas dinner was cooked on the Traeger, a 12lb turkey crown using the Traeger Turkey Pellet kit and a 6lb beef rib roast with a short reverse sear in the oven. Both were absolutely spot on.

On the present front nothing BBQ related (to be fair I have most of what I need though Blackstone griddles do look nice!) but did get a Cuisinart Ice Cream maker, the one with a compressor, which will complement grilling on those long hot balmy days we are going to get in 2025!

Although I have used everything quite recently the Meater and Traeger iPad apps decided to update and the Ironwood Gen 2 also went through quite a long upgrade at the end of the smoke, took an age presumably because it is only 2.4 GHz but otherwise all went smoothly?
