I smoked a turkey breast last night, and it turned out fantastic! It may very well be my best one yet, although my kids and wife often remind me that I say that a lot
I set the smoker to 275 degrees, and it held steady within plus or minus 10 degrees throughout the entire cook. After 2 hours, I wrapped the breast in foil with some butter and let it cook for another 30 minutes. The result was perfect - the color, juiciness, and tenderness were all spot on.
Now it's time to see how this new rig handles a brisket!
