I am torn between a new Ironwood 650 and Timberline 850. Both grills are large enough for my needs so I am not interested in a larger grill. I like the Ironwood's price and that it has a grate hanger on the back, plus the new version has a hopper sensor, but I also like the Timberline's stainless steel grates and of course the 4-wall double insulation. I also like the larger hopper capacity so when the hopper gets down to the last couple of pounds, I can empty a full bag into the hopper. But I am not sure if it is worth the extra $600. I live in the desert southwest where we have searing hot summers. The coldest days in the winter never gets below 20-25 degrees(F). The shelf on the front of the Timberline is not really a make or break for me. I do like the bamboo cutting board, but again not a make or break. Can I please get some more feedback on this? I have scoured videos and articles but am still at a loss. Thank you for all of your input.
