Ironwood 885 menu knob

Quck question .
I just purchased an Ironwood 885 and when using the dial to get into the sub menus i have found i have had to push the button extremely hard(like putting my shoulder into it) to change menus.
Is this normal?

I guess call customer service, they will actually get on a video chat with you and you can show them how much pressure it takes to push the button... you shouldn't have to go inside the unit and tweak something yourself if you unit is brand new... you deserve a proper working controller.

Thanks i just called them and they are sending me a whole new D2 control unit just to be on the safe side.
