Ironwood 650 Overheating

I have cleaned and vacuumed the firebox. Put in new traeger pellets set temp to 165 and pushed ignite button. I get smoke but auger won't stop pushing pellets to firebox. I shutdown the smoker when temp went past 500. The firebox is completely full of pellets.

It has done this twice now..

Did you prime first?? You cannot just push ignite with an empty auger.
But if you did everything right then either your probe went bad or your controller is bad...

Yes I primed
