Pellets I still need to prove this, but Bear Mountain Pellets go fast

Being in Texas, I'm a fan of B&B pellets for the Traegers and B&B lump for the Big Green Eggs.

Academy and Buc-cees sells these 40 lb. bags for $14.95 which is pretty hard to beat.

Ok, finally used Bear Mountain Apple pellets. 19 hour cook, 10 hrs 175f outside air temp 45 at night. 9 hrs 175f to 275f towards the end. Outside air temp 65f. Used 3/4 of a bag. Wife said apple was more predominant, might be the long cook or the pellets. Not sure. Anyway im impressed.

I agree, im gonna stock up when i find them on sale.

Bear Mountain is All I use. I tested Traeger, Cookn Pellets, Kingsford. Wasn't close...Bear mountain completely out performed them all.
