Since it's never too early to plan...
I am ordering a full boneless Prime grade rib roast for Christmas from a local butcher. While I plan to season it myself (probably SPG), he offered to tie it up. I have about 15 people and getting a roast that is about 12 lbs. We'll have other things such as the usual sides (mashed, green beans), plus pasta, and likely some wings and chicken soup
I've heard everything from 1/2 to 1 lb per person, so any actual experiences would be great to hear!
Semi-related, I was going to go with this initially, but I didn't win the lottery
-Thanks All!
