how is availability of brisket in your area?

The local Costco in my area has choice for $3.99/lb. I never see prime here but choice is fine with me.

I didn't see Prime either for some months, and all of a sudden it's always there. I really do taste and see a difference in Prime, vs all the Choice I had to cook while Prime's were COVID'd out of circulation.

Don’t often get full packer. I haven’t mastered Traeger’d brisket well enough yet to attract enough hungry, willing friends to eat the whole damn thing.
Got a 3-pak of St Louis cut ribs 10 days ago there. Lotsa rib friends!

I usually buy choice packers haven’t looked for prime. Price was around $4.49 a pound.

Our Costco has prime brisket for $3.99, however I am finding that many of them have the flat and the point about 80% separate, though it is sold as a full packer , it is like the butcher at the processing plant Is trimming out the decle…
