Hot rod not working

my grill will not light pellets in its own. I can use a torch and manually lite the pellets and the grill runs just fine. I have replaced the hot rod as well as the fuse but still doesn’t work. Could it be the control panel?

Have you checked connections in your wires? I remember reading a while back about some connectors appear to be connected all to find they wasn’t. If that’s not the case hopefully someone else might have an idea, hopefully it’s not the controller. You also might check with Traeger’s CS. Good luck, hopefully it’s something simple.
