I went with Orange gloves they work well in the Treager and the oven...

I ordered those as well, but returned them as they were HUGE. Saw that Matt Pittman just uses with cotton liners and nitrile gloves, works for me.

Fit me ok,guess I just have big hands.. my wife would like a pair, but she is only 5’4”.. needs a small size ( which do not seem to exist).

You can use cut resistance gloves for prepare meals to protect your hand. Some of them also can keep your hand out of heat.
