Grill envy

The firebox has a full length pull out coal/wood basket and the idea is you light one end and it burns to the other... the bottom front has DIAL INTAKES that can follow the fire as it moves from one end to the other... that gets fresh air right to where the fire is at that time... need a longer cook, just pull the basket out before the fire reaches the end and load it to go backwards.
With a long firebox measurement like that, I kinda figured that was the idea, with a quick slide in or foldable mod you could even make it dual zone.

you can weld!!! ya wanna help, I'll bet we could get 8K for these when done and advertised the right way.
It would be neat to build, but logistics would be killer.

Bring one to Austin, we'll put on the BBQ patio and make awesome videos and market the sh&t out of it. 🍻🍻

I'm on the list to buy one of these but when I went and signed on it was expected to be a few years before my number came up. I've looked around and this is a great quality stick burning off-set smoker. But, to use one of these properly you're committed to staring at a fire for 10 - 12 hours at a time. It ain't the convenience of a Traeger that's fo sho.

That's a lot of bourbon & beer! 🍻 🥃

I've competed with my Large Big Green Eggs, but with a BBQ Guru attached to maintain temp through the night. I've know plenty of competition that would be drinking all night only to fall asleep around 3 AM and their fire would go out. :ROFLMAO:

Now we all have out likes and dislikes with different smokers.
This would be great to have and to master cooking on
My ultimate goal is to have a nice stick burner and master cooking on it. Until then I'm using the Traeger to learn to make different foods on.
