I gotcha… I have some Lavalock gasket seal coming in the next couple days, so I’m really excited to play with this new toy (my 4 daughters call it my new “dadget”)… Now I just need to figure what I want to smoke

Well…now that gives me an idea that could open some entrepreneurial doors.

I can see future grills like the Traeger HotBox that uses “infused pellets”.
