**FIXED ** Help! Have Butts Ready to Smoke and 885 Won't Ignite!

Hi,

After starting up the Traeger, selecting temperature and pressing Ignite, the auger turns and the firepot has pellets in it. The smoker was completely cleaned yesterday. The display says "Igniting" but after a minute or two completely turns off, except for the light on the "On" button.

Info: This is the first time I've used the smoker since about May. I emptied the hopper after the last use to avoid moist pellets.

Any ideas? Having a big party tomorrow and need to get these butts smoked!

I called Traeger support and they walked me through a simple fix where I had to power off the grill, unplug it, turn the power button on for 10 seconds, turn the power button off, plug the grill back in, and and turn the power back on. I'm not sure what the agent called that process but it was like a cold boot. Phew!
