Updated and works great. Got a pork loin on the ol' Century 22 for dinner as I just prepped the IW885 for a prime brisket tonight.

Finally pulled the trigger and got a Spark. It seams like a nice unit! Can’t wait to try it out!

I love my Spark, it's tricky the way you scroll through the menu and shit, but you'll get used to it.
Also, when you close the probe, make it snap shut, or your unit will stay on no matter what you do.
When used as a source for a wire probe, it does not always stay 'awake'...
