So I replace my trays pretty much when they look bad. Have a change out grease trap alarm and not a drop in the pan. Now tonight have a flare up and get an overheat alarm. How do you reset this thing with out shutting down the cook? And then had pellets burn thru the auger all they back to the hopper? Overpriced POS if you ask me. Oh no maybe the controller, but it's my third!! So Traeger says talk to whoever sold it to you and they say talk to the company. I had 3 controllers with not even one cook, should av taken it and drove it in their door then. So they told me to clean out pot which is pretty much empty and I must disassemble auger to clean it. No auto feed like on a camp chef. So they want me to disassemble and void my warranty.
