I almost always clear the hopper and auger after a cook so I’m just programmed to prime my auger before the next cook.
Well, almost always...except the last cook. I just primed the auger even though pellets were already in the hopper and fire box
OOOOOOPS!
My neighbors are probably hating me now as I fill the entire ‘hood with the delicious aroma of hickory and oak smoke. I’m glad I’m down wind from my own grill
Who ever said Traeger doesn’t produce smoke hasn’t tried this little “hack”.
Don’t do this!
Any other “don’t do this” moments you can share or am I the only dumb one!?
