Do Not Buy a Traeger

It would have been useful if there was follow up from the original poster to help understand more about the initial problems, the hardware store's inability to help, what Traeger did do to help by way of parts and advice as well as the outcome not least to help others in a similar situation?

Not sure there will be any follow up now as the author was only active for a couple of days and without this it is very easy to conclude that 2+2 equals 5 when there is likely more to this story?

Conversely we all need a good rant from time to time especially when you have invested a shed load of money on something that doesn't work properly! 😁

Ican't say I have had any problems with any of the Traeger's I've owned since 1994 but I ordered the Meater block from Traeger and could not get it to hook up to my WI-FI. Traeger/Meater needed to be convinced It was indeed faulty, it took about a week and they sent me a new block. I will continue buying from this company.
