Defective Door

I purchased a Eastwood 22 February 2020, recently the lid became loose and the hinge weld that held it to the barrel broke, I called Traeger, was connected within a minute, the operator registered my Traeger, made it possible to "zoom like" so she could see the problem and take pictures. I will have new hinges and a door arm within 7-10 days.
Very satisfied with the customer service. I really enjoy my Traeger, only other issue I have chicken wings to not cook very well unless I start it first on the gas grill, then I move it to the Traeger and it tastes awesome.

I received the new hinges and door arm, installed and the door still did not close 100%, I called Traeger Customer service, they tried to "Zoom" inspect the door but the video would not stay connected. Traeger agreed to send me a new door, I will get Thursday. Once again, awesome customer service, they want to resolve the issues, not point a finger.
