Can I do a breakfast fatty overnight?

I'm bringing SWMBO around to that way of thinking. On a sad note, I just realized that my GrillGrates were delivered to my old house in CT instead of here in FL :-(

I am going to suggest that you only do a pork butt (and the fatty) for your first cook. Brisket is a little tricky and will go easier once you know the quirks of your grill. Pork butts are more forgiving.
Agree! I don’t recommend anyone cook a brisket as a first cook on an unfamiliar smoker.
Cook a chuck roast or two…Cooks just like a brisket, and is relatively inexpensive, and pretty darn tasty…

But the BEST fattys of all are usually the ones walking thru the mall....

Ahh common guys!!! Seriously???

Holy crap, I introduced something new to Timmy? :)
Dude, compared to other on here, I’m a noob. I started smokin in 2014 on a $150 offset. And I got my Traeger a year ago Father’s Day. With the troubles I had with it I really didn’t start using it until late Aug. 2020. And that’s why I’m here, to learn new stuff , and to help others. Most of the time I cook for at least 8 adults and 4 kids, so that’s why I cook a lot at one time. So ya, Thanks!! 😁
