Despite telling Traeger I was returning the unit and to not send the new Auger, It showed up.
Guess they thought I was bluffing. Instead I bought a Louisiana pellet grill. For $299 at Costco.
It’s a heck of a grill. Its sturdy and works great. Burnt off and kept adjusting temp up and down to see the response. Extremely accurate.
I will grill steaks night for 4 of us along with Mexican Steet Corn and baked poatoes On the grill.
I may not hold up like a Traeger but it was half the cost. Time will tell.
