Hi All,
My reliable Ironwood 885 has suddenly become...unreliable. I've had 2 incidents in my last two cooks and wonder if they are related.
My first error was a long cook (ribs). It was holding at 245F for about 3 hours when the temp started dropping. I was using some non-traeger pellets, so i removed them all, vacuumed
everything and finished the cook with Traeger pellet. No issues. My next cook (spatchcock chicken) was going fine. Traeger pellets at 325F. At the last 20min, raised the temp to 450F to
brown. Within a few min., I got a Hi-Temp Error.
Am I looking at some mechanical replacement part?
My Traeger is clean. Well vacuumed and no grease puddles.
TIA
Dwayne
