575 pro down again 3 times in less then year and half

575 pro is broke down again for the third time in less than a year and a half, will not get up to temp then will shut down and drop 20-40 degrees and start up and raise ten degrees then shut down again and drop another 20-40 till it’s bottomed out pretty disappointed I’ve fixed it twice already once with a fan and one with the controllers, anyone else have these issues ?

A bunch of calls and messages later and traeger is taking care of me very thankful for that, I’ll still recommend people to traeger
