575 Auger Jam?

Hello, new to Traeger and Pellet Grills.

I successfully cooked twice on my new 575, all went well, I shut down properly and initial seasoning before first use. When I tried to cook the third time, the grill got stuck on priming. I cleaned out the grill completely with a vac. I noticed the Auger appeared to be jammed? I looked on youtube for clearing methods, however once I started the procedure, I found the grill on youtube is much different from the 575 model.

Does anyone know where to find a video or clear instructions to clear a jam on the 575?

What pellets were you using for starters...

You can also call Traeger Support

This VID is for PRO series which is what you and I have, it is for REPLACING, but it is also for access to the auger, so if you can remove yours then you can un-jam it

I bought 13 bags of Traeger pellets with the grill. I will check out the video and hope it works.
