Planning on 0-400 method wings for Super Bowl. Going to do a block of smoked cream cheese with pepper jelly & crackers, & trying a new recipe called muzzleloaders. 1st time trying, but they look great

Awesome day for a chili cook off and watching the playoffs. 25 cooks in this neighborhood competition where I used to live. Awesome weather too.

Second try on a new batch of chili in my new Lodge 7 qt. dutch oven. This is a pot of Texas Red (no beans). Over 7pounds of meat in this one. It worked great.

Turns out I did not get 3rd, 2nd or Peoples choice but1st Place! Woot. Scored some serious 1st place prizes. A Yeti Tundra rolling cooler, a YETI Trailhead Camp Chair, and a Sony XRS-SB42 Big Bass portable speaker. What a day.
