Anyone smoking something for the games tomorrow? The playoffs this year have been outstanding! Probably some of the best games I've ever seen.

Hoping to see the Rams and Bengals in the Superbowl.

I will be at an annual chili cook off in my old neighborhood. They do judging at half time during the AFC game. Cookin up a big Dutch oven of Texas Red for it. I predict mass quantities of adult beverages to be consumed.

Going to making some pork belly burnt ends, smoked sausage balls and many many cold bers will be had!

Getting ready to smoke me some pork belly burnt ends. Probably around 9lbs after trimming. Using 2 different recipes. Both new. Also around 8lbs of kalbi on the Weber. Good luck to your 49ers @piggyfatboy. That winning streak will come to an end someday. Go Rams. Been a Rams fan since 72. Threw thick and thin. Would also like to see the Rams & Bengals. But the Rams vs Chiefs probably would be the better matchup. Just my opinion. Todays about family & friends, football, smoking & BBQing and beer. One Cali team will end up in the Super Bowl. Cheers y’all.

Planning on 0-400 method wings for Super Bowl. Going to do a block of smoked cream cheese with pepper jelly & crackers, & trying a new recipe called muzzleloaders. 1st time trying, but they look great

Awesome day for a chili cook off and watching the playoffs. 25 cooks in this neighborhood competition where I used to live. Awesome weather too.

Second try on a new batch of chili in my new Lodge 7 qt. dutch oven. This is a pot of Texas Red (no beans). Over 7pounds of meat in this one. It worked great.

Turns out I did not get 3rd, 2nd or Peoples choice but1st Place! Woot. Scored some serious 1st place prizes. A Yeti Tundra rolling cooler, a YETI Trailhead Camp Chair, and a Sony XRS-SB42 Big Bass portable speaker. What a day.
