I hav a Chuck roast on @225 to make poor man's burnt ends. It's stalled at 150 IT for about an hour. I had planned to wrap at 165, but should I wrap it earlier?

I'd wrap it and take it to what temp you are gonna cube it.

Ok...so at 165ish now.... Think I'm going to pul it, cube it up and throw back on for an hour or so.

Any advice would be appreciated always!

This is what I would do, cube them up, put your toppings on, put in a tin, cover with foil put back on to grill and turn temp up to 250f to 205ish. You might have to add a little liquid toward the end of the cook, if they are looking good dont.
Now have you checked your "actual" grill temp.
? It sound like it is running cool to set temp.

Thanks again...will update once done 😁

Timmy - thanks for the help!

it all came out quiet tasty!!!
