WIFI - 80db Unusable in the App - 50db on the grill

tldr; The display on the grill says that wifi signal is ~-50db, the app (Android) says the signal is "Unusable (-80db).

I finally got the WiFire working (I suspect the board had been replace before I bought the grill so the QR code was different than the board info). I got it to update firmware and config to the latest (it took several days). I was even able to do a cook with it.

I temporarily moved the grill out of range of the wifi and now that I have moved the grill back, even though the grill shows that it's connected and around -50db the app still thinks that it's -80db and not usable.

I have tired removing the grill from the app and re-adding it. I have also tried resetting the app and re-adding the grill. I'm guessing that the app is being told by the cloud that the wifi signal is garbage but for what ever reason the grill can't tell the cloud that the wifi signal is ok. Just a guess as I really don't know what else is going on for this to be so messed up.

Does anyone have any thoughts on how to fix this?

Actually yes... Kind of. After about.

After a week or so I checked it again and it was connected with -56db. So I just had to be very patient. I gotta say though, its not an overly responsive or efficient system Trager has developed for this.
