Last year I bought a Little Griddle GQ230 that I used on my Weber Summit gas grill. It has a built in grease catcher. It was OK but not really big enough. You’d be surprised how much room you need on a flat top griddle. This year I bought a 36” Blackstone griddle with the air fryers from Walmart, converted it to NG and have never looked back. Tons of videos on youtube for different things to cook. It does a great reverse sear on steaks started on the Traeger. The air fryer is awesome for fries, baby potatoes asparagus etc. It heats up to 500 degrees in 10 min vs who knows how long on a Traeger.
